MYHEROKIDAI is an AI-powered platform that creates personalized children's storybooks, educational worksheets, activity books, and voice narrations. Content is generated using artificial intelligence and is personalized based on the information you provide about your child.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when creating child profiles.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

  • Stories, illustrations, worksheets, and other content generated for your account are for your personal, non-commercial use.
  • You may print, share, and enjoy generated content within your family.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated content.
  • AI-generated illustrations are artistic representations and not photographs.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe (international) and Razorpay (India).
  • Subscription plans auto-renew monthly unless cancelled.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
  • All purchases are subject to our 7-day Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Upload harmful, inappropriate, or offensive content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
  • Create content that could be harmful to children.
  • Share your account with unauthorized users.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All stories, illustrations, and educational content are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality and appropriateness, AI-generated content may occasionally contain imperfections. We review and filter content for child safety, but parents should review generated content before sharing with children.

8. Limitation of Liability

MYHEROKIDAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
